Of the four people making, selling and marketing Black Moon each of us came across drinking bitters at different times but have all become obsessed with the diversity these drinks offer. Black Moon’s signature Amaro is a blend of sweet, deep, herbaceous flavors developed over years to find that perfect balance. Amaro (Italian for "bitter") is an Italian herbal liqueur that is commonly consumed as an after-dinner digestif (but it works before dinner, too). Try a heavy pour over a large ice cube for a classy, relaxing, complex flavor or put it in a cocktail to add some spice to your traditional drinks. We always keep some on hand for a night cap and it makes a great gift for any occasion!
